The dealer usually replaces the 94W with 91Y on Aero sedans for the second set. The important thing is to have the same tires in front ( rating + usage ). When in doubt ask the dealer to lend you a set of 2 wheels to try to isolate the problem to a specific wheel / tire.
The hand brake always triggers a light on the dashboard (O).
The windshield is more of a problem. If you drive on badly maintained roads with potholes and stuff there is a definite possibility of cracking your windshield ($$).
