Saab factory accessories don't usually bugger the car when installed. The phone cradle might be an issue. If you do take it out you might leave holes to be filled. If you do leave it in there's no way for the lease inspector to know if it wasn't or was part of the original deal. Nobody will figure out the shocks, they generally don't drive the cars as they are still under factory warranty for major issues.
Don't detail the car, they'll just do it again for the auction. Don't service it either. If it's due for the 45k or whatever just let it slide, no requirement there.
Excess wear and tear is very reasonable for thoughtful folks. If there is some damage, rock or bumper or ding, it has to be fairly large or at least long to be charge-able and the charge is at a prep for auction price, not at a full body shop rate.
