I bought my Sport Exhaust from them last fall over e-Bay. Interesting situation.

1) I got a great price on a Viggen style system, bought it on a Thursday and immediately telephoned my credit card info to them.

2) On Tuesday of following week I received a call from them. They informed me they didn't have a Viggen tip style in stock, they had a mis-marked oval tip style in their stock room and also said the Viggen style tip was no longer being offer by Saab. Offered to refund my money or ship the oval tip style AND include an oil change kit (Saab filter and Saab oil) as compensation. As they were very apologetic and sounded sincere, I accepted the oval tip and oil change kit.

3) Exhaust system finally shipped on Friday (8 days after purchase!), no oil change kit.

4) I was cruising e-Bay a couple of months later and saw a very high recommendation for this company associated with an order from another customer. This customer purchased a Viggen tip performance exhaust via auction on the Monday following my purchase (the day before the apologetic phone call I received) and received the system the same week - before my previous order was shipped!

5) I posted my purchase results as rebuttal on e-Bay's site.

6) Mainline replied to my posting acknowledging the problems I encountered and blaming it on their very first e-Bay sale with associated learning curve.

7) I have never received the oil change kit(-). I got a great price on the Sport Exhaust system(+). I now prefer the oval tip style to the Viggen tip style(+).

8) "You pays your money and you takes your chances."
