As noted, it indicates that the glass restricts the transmission of solar radiation into the car. It works well in my humble opinion. I just wish the ACC system was programmed better for conditions of intense sunlight and moderate temperatures (see other posts on this elsewhere on this site).
I live in California and we get a LOT of sun here. I've had the car in Palm Springs and the Mojave Desert at temperatures of 118-120 degrees. The treated glass seems to really help with the heat load on the A/C system and while the vehicle parked for the sides and rear windows. I still use a folding windsheild sun screen while parked.
Saab also makes a solar sheild for the rear window which is available though their website store. You might consider this rather and any sort of film. It can be raised or lowered whenever you want.
Recently I had a rental car without this treated glass. I was quite amazed it how much more heat was transmitted into the vehicle!
