David,
First things first. You need to obtain your lease payoff amount to determine whether lease termination is possible.
If termination looks as if it is not an option, then check into purchasing an extended warranty. You can wait until the vehicle is close to warranty's end and buy enough coverage to get you out of the lease for minimal cost. If you need any help with this email me.
If you decide to terminate, after obtaining you payoff, you must determine current market value of the vehicle. More than likely you will be quite up-side-down in the lease, but now would be a good time to overcome this. With the $5k incentive on a new lease plus your lease loyalty money, you should absorb most (if not all) of your inequity. You'll at least be able to get into a new 9-5 for around the same payment that you currently have (given that you leased without an incentive before).
I'm not 100% sure of what your exact situation is, but if you can obtain these numbers and email me, I can at least point you in the correct direction.
Ciao,
Brian.
