86 vs 90 900 Alloy Wheels

I have an 86 900T for a parts car. I was wondering if the wheels are interchangeable with my 90 900S. They are of the spoked alloy variety and pretty much look the same as the ones I have on my hoopty right now.
It seems to me that quite a few parts are interchangeable from the 86 to the 90 900's, but I may be wrong. Any sage words for me?
Thanks!
Robert Ellis
