Remove the driver side speaker cover on the dash to gain access to the 2 light assy for the instrument panel. You'll have to look through the windshield and kind of contort your arm (helps if your righthanded) but it sure beats taking off the steering wheel and removing the dash. There are 4 bulbs associated with the climate control area (center dash). Pulling the kick panel under the dash is the easiest way to access the bulbs from the back off the dash. Only three bolts hold it in place. Removing the center console is pretty simple. Pull the black spacer in front on the shifter and remove the two screws. Remove the ashtray and there is one bolt behind it. Remove it and then take a 12mm (I think) socket and remover the brass colored mount that the bolt went into. This mount also acts as the inside bolt for the kick panel. The other two bolts for the panel are located on the firewall in the engine compartment just forward of the door hinges about 6 inches down from the top of the firewall.
