Lights - When you have the light switch off, do you have main/high beam? And with the switch on?

Plastic dash - There are 4 long, vertical screws (different lengths) holding the dash in place. They pass through plastic loops on the back of the dash. These can brake, which is probably what has happened. Remove dash, and fix by glueing on washers/wire loops etc.

Headliner - Yours is probably not very far off sagging. 10-12 years seems to be about the age, but it does depend on weather conditions. Cleaning the headliner in any way will accelerate sagging. Only fix is to remove headliner shell and replace fabric.

Steering - They don't self center as much as some cars, but they do to some extent. If you are getting no centering at all, could be a rack problem. How does the rack feel?
