First question: Why?
You can't... 900s don't have struts, making bolting such a thing up quite the challenge - you'd have to weld it in place. Beyond that, the only way to install one of them would be to remove your A/C compressor, since there is not enough room between the compressor and the hood to clear. Even if you went to the trouble, you would probably see little to no benefit from installation of such a device, since the design of the Saab's front end is quite rigid and the shock towers quite robust. The *rear* end, on the other hand, could stand quite a bit of reinforcement, especially on hatchbacks.
