Replacing the oil pressure sender is no big deal. You might as well combine it with doing an oil change, because it's a lot easier to remove the oil filter first.
The big trick is finding a good 6 point socket that will fit. The sender is pretty big, and not everybody has the right sockets. So before you do the job, inspect the area closely, and make sure you'll have the right tools on hand. The sender can be socked down pretty tight, so you'll want good access.
