I put my Koni shocks on my Saab in about 3 hours on a nice afternoon. The hardest part was getting the old front ones off. Soaked the bolts in rust killer stuff for about 3 hours prior to starting the job, still had to cut out the old rubber bushings to hold the shaft with vise grips. O2 sensor should come out o.k. using a deep socket and 1/2 drive set. Make sure you put the never seize on the threads of new one. After new 02 probe is installed, Disconnect battery, wait for about 10 min, reconnect battery, start car using no throttle. This will reset your computer with the new probe.
Paint chips were rust has started, if it's getting bad enough, consider using a decent body shop for the repair, rust is tuff to kill.
