Ben,
Relatively easy to do, I did mine last month. Make sure you have right size tools. Wear some dirty clothes that you could possible throw away afterwards. The gas is going to leak out and get on your clothes since it is preasurized. Also, have a container ready to collect the gas that leaks out, mine leaked about a half a dozen table spoons worth. The change is really straight forward.
