tsk tsk....19-20 pounds of boost on a virgin engine...don't come crying to me when a piston flies out and hits you in the eye and breaks your glasses...;)
you are basically getting a control oscillation and the system is hunting. what you are feeling is the turbo amplifiy it because of feedback applied through the exhaust stream directly to to pressurization side ( physically linked by shaft). probably what is happening is a few little things acting in concert. i.e. intake turbulence (consider the phenomena that occurs in a blender when the fluid bounces off the blades), air flow reading, o2 correction. the system is not able to compensate quickly enough and you get control overshoot. i seem to recall having something of that nature but it is gone now since i put in the new AMM and o2 sensor. the fact that your voltage is high on o2 is a sign of metering problems on one end or the other. i'd say amm but it is new and the new one helped. what happens if you disconnect the o2 sensor. did you do any work on the inlet ducting?? i have a set of low miles injectors you could borrow. what are you doing on sunday?? my garage is almost "open for business"
