car still vibrates at high speeds...help

It's been a couple of months now and my 92 saab 900S still vibrates at speeds above 55mph. The faster I go, the worst it gets. I was doing 75 mph and the car felt like it wanted to fall (vibrate itself) apart.
The vibration gets worst when I turn to the right while driving on the hwy.
The steering wheel vibrates slightly but the entire cabin vibrates a lot more than the steering wheel.
I jacked the car up and moved all wheels back and forth looking for some type of movement but it all looks good.
Any ideas?
What else should I check?
Thanks
ANGELO
