Sounds like you are just about all set. Bentley instructions are good.
Be careful when you are removing the rotor fastening screw and the locating pin on each rotor. They can freeze. If a phillips head rotor screw is stuck, one of the manual impact drivers, which you hit with a hammer makes removal easy. You can improvise a bit with a sturdy screwdriver that you whack on the handle as you are twisting on the screw. If you strip the screw head, you have to drill it out (not the end of the world as the lug bolts will hold the rotor without the screw). The locating pin bolts might need a box end wrench rather than an open-end so you don't round the head.
Get a bottle of anti-seize to put on the threads of the these locating screws so they don't stick the next time. Also spread anti-seize on the rotor to wheel mating surface and around the hub. This will keep your wheels from freezing onto your hubs. Not fun if can't get the wheel off when you have to change a tire in the middle of nowhere. Also put anti-seize on the lug bolt threads and use a torque wrench to evenly tighten the lug bolts to 90 ftlbs, which will help prevent your new rotors from warping.
