thirty') days or more. We don't know exactly."
1e) "We needed the money for our vacation to Howe's Cavern. That
vacation is incidently why we didn't answer your last 4 e-mails."

2) Why do they not know what's coming and when?
2a) Why do several boxes coming from overseas carrying commercial
goods *not* have customs papers detailing the contents?
2b) Or, at the very least, why do several boxes carrying commercial
goods *not* have a packing slip on each box detailing what's
in the box (a packing slip that could be quickly checked so
they can tell their customer who's been waiting several weeks
whether or not his shifter boot is here)?
2c) Did they make the effort to check the packing slips of boxes
sitting on their dock/in their garage?
2d) How long will those boxes sit on their dock/in their garage?
2e) Do they have any boxes sitting on their dock/in their garage to
check?

3) = 1a) + 2) "We don't know if we'll ever have a shifter boot to ship
you."

4) Their business e-mail is thru AOL?(?!) -or- They answer their
business mail thru AOL?!


Shaky.....but friendly in, umm, in the end (pun intended).
