It almost certainly came from the A/C evaporator box. Check the drain is working. When you park the car after a reasonable trip with the A/C running, there should be a pool of water grow under the car. If it doesn't happen, or is very slow, then the drain is blocked. Can another SAABer define exactly where the drain is to help BobA?
