The same thing you are talking about has happened to me on my last 2 900s. There are rubber bushings at the bolt that acts as the pivot. These harden and shrink over time, allowing the alternator to shake (and squeel) under load. If all your bolts are tight but you can still shake the alternator with your hand (while the engine is off of course), the bushings are probably bad. The bushings are available for about $5 each from the dealer. Be warned: the alternator pivot bolt is too long and will hit the firewall before clearing the alternator mounting bracket. I've found it best to remove the alternator bracket using the hex bolts described in george chiassion's post. Good luck.
