Park your car alongside another and compare headlights. Do your hedalights look yellow and/or dim in comparison? If so, that could be a bad connection in your headlamp circuit - meaning the headlaights are not shining at maximum power. Check for bad connections, especially bad ground connections. Also check if inside of headlamps look dirty - you may be able to clean them out as a haze film does develop over time inside the glass and on the reflectors. (I searched archive but could not find message on cleaning head lamps - maybe another SAABer can help)
