O.K. Start with the basics.
Since it idles rough we have something to work with. The canidates are obviously either fuel or electrical related. I'm going to guess that it's electrical related since the symptoms started over night. I'd pull the plugs and verify that a) you have the right ones installed and b) they're properly gapped. Are any/all of the plugs fouled with carbon deposits? If just one of them is then you've isolated the problem to that cylinder, if all of them are then it's probably running too rich.
If it's only one cylinder that's missing then examine the wire, distributor cap and rotor carefully. If they look good then pull that injector and do a spray test (see bentley for details)
I realize the wires are 6months old but test them anyways. Run the car in a dark garage and lightly mist the wires with water. If you see or hear arcing then you've found the culprit.
This is all assuming that you don't have a vacuum leak.
