Look at Daniel Stern Lighting for a how-to and diagram:

It's not difficult; just take your time. Each relay needs power and a ground to activate it, plus power in and out to the lights. I have one hi and one low relay (each with two outputs) mounted by the battery. I used 10 gauge wire, which is plenty thick, but thus harder to work with. The battery feeds the relays, and I grounded everything to the battery, too.
A word of caution. The fog lights must turn off when you flip the brights on (by law in most states). I believe the OEM headlight socket is what controls this normally. I used the right-side socket to activate the relays, in order to make the wiring easier, and the fogs stay on with the brights.
So, I can either put a resistor in the left-side OEM socket (4 ohm 50 watt should do it), or just use the left-side socket to activate the relays (plus running a wire from the socket to ground). Or, I could put an H4 bulb in the OEM socket, but that'd look silly.
