I have a 87 900T in Portland, OR. After LOTS of rain and checking my oil, which was a quart low (slow oil pump seal leak) I noticed a tan creamish substance on the motor oil dipstick. I put in some Redline about 1800 miles ago and at the time I did not see this. The funny thing is that it seemed to be just in the channel and when removing the dipstick it would smear all over the stick, it didnt look like it was mixed in with the oil. For example, the creamy substance was first noticed about 3 inches above the MAX mark when I first pulled the dipstick out. I'll probably be pulling the plugs this weekend and seeing what i find on them, but hopefully its not what I fear most.
I noticed something else, but most likely not related to the above, is that after getting off work in the evening my car is fogged up, as if I left someone in the trunk =) Ever happen to any of you? (not the person in the trunk thing...the fog)
TIA,
vas
