David describes the o-ring leak at dist. connection to the head. These do leak but drip down the engine. Easy fix with new o-ring.
The turbos leak through the dist. itself and drip onto the heat shield. This is completely normal I'm told. There is only a sling inside the dist. to keep oil out. Just make sure your pcv valve is good, so you can be confident the crankcase ventilation is healthy and not pressurizing.
