Having worked with military aircraft for a time, I can appreciate the aviation connection. What really sold me on the C900 was the driving comfort, smooth ride, quick handling, solid feel, plus the relative quiet while driving. The moderate zip from the 4 cylinder engine in this size car was also impressive. I would never have bought that first used 82 900 n/a sedan were it not for that fun trial drive. I bought a second beat to hell 82 900T sedan in Dec 2000 so as to combine both 82's into one fine car. I've since been having a blast figuring out all the components for maintenance, restoration and modification. At least one weekend a month I'm found scouring local parts yards for perfect, cheap replacement parts. I gave it a quality paint job last summer and touched up all the trim. Hard to describe the feeling from having accomplished this restoration. Like I'm now going to give up on this car!
