Call around to A/C shops and ask, Dylan, but I think you'll find that most will happily vacuum out your R-12 for you for free. (They turn it in for processing, which is how they get R-12 they can sell later.)
As others on here have said, please don't try to get rid of it yourself. Raw freon is an ozone depleting substance, and it is against federal and international law to vent it. It isn't being manufactured anymore, so what is now available is all there is. If you donate yours to an A/C shop, it can be recycled and someone else can put it to use.
I'm curious as to why you "hate A/C." Even if you live someplace where it never gets warm, it still serves a valuable function in defogging or defrosting the interior of the car in humid conditions. And who knows, one day you may need to drive your car to someplace hot, and it will come in handy.
If you do decide to remove it, please take your freon in to be recycled. All it will cost you is an hour of your time.
