to get to the instrument cluster, you must first remove the facia. there are four long screws holding it in, and if you look on the bottom lip of the facia, they are hard to miss. remove them, but make sure to mark which one is which, as they are different lengths. the facia should come off fairly easily after that step, but there are a few wire connectors and switches that you should disconnect, to make it easier on your self. (this is assuming you want to replace the instrument cluster only, and not the facia as well, in which case, you would disconnect all the switches, etc.) then, all that holds the instrument cluster to the rest of the dash is four torx screws in the corners of the panel. also be sure to disconnect the speedo cable, and you might as well lube it up while in there. there is also a wire connector attached to the speedo that needs to be removed from the instrument cluster. if this doesn't help, then pick up a bentley, it's very descriptive. good luck, tyler.
