Salutations. I recently took a rather enjoyable (and very lengthy) drive around the state. On my way home, the car (recently adopted 1990 900T) was doing extremely well until I was within about 100 miles of the house. The car then reminded me what it was like to drive a Volkswagen. The middle vents suddenly quit working. I tried all of the settings, but no air would come out. When I let off of the accelerator, the vents worked just like new, but after a few minutes, there would be a slow buzzing/rapid clicking sound from the middle vents and the air would stop again until I left off of the accelerator. Also, when I depressed the clutch, I would hear static coming through my speakers. I turned the stereo (aftermarket Panasonic CD) off and the static sound would remain until I let out on the clutch. This has really gotten me baffled and I hope to tear into the car tomorrow, granted that an extremely smart and rather unfortunate Saaber who has gone through this before responds with a solution to my problems. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Drive safely, and KEEP ON SAABING!!!
