Indiglo Gauge Install & Small problem (very long)

My wife and I came back from our Thanksgiving trip this AM and I immediately started the installation of my indiglo gauges. After the obligatory trip to the parts house (needed a 7/8 socket bit to get the steering wheel off, I got the dash apart, the instrument cluster out and the guages installed. I put most everything back, but I noticed that not everything is working quite right. For some reason, when I press the recirculate button, it causes the fan (even it it's set to off) to go on full blast! I didn't even disconnect the recirculate button, so I'm not sure what I could have done to cause this. Any thoughts, ideas, speculative theories?
The gauges are fantastic. As one person said, the low fuel light isn't perfectly centered to where it originally was, but all in all, I'm very pleased. It's wonderful to be able to see the gauges at night! It's a bit boy-racer/ricer looking, but I like it. For those that know me and my car, it won't surprise them. My none car loving friends are typically disappointed that I can't make my car hop... This will give them one more thing to laugh about!
For those of you that installed the gauges, where did you install the control switch?
UPIBA: I truly appreciate your work on this.
Thanks,
Michael
