Dead battery, but now radio & antenna don't work

Help please. Last night my wife called me from work and said her car was dead, a 900 classic. She didn't leave anything on. So I drove up to her with my 9000 and jumped it. I didn't even have to have my car on and it started, albeit slowly, just from the jumper cable connection. So, I can't figure out why the battery drained in the first place and now the radio and the power antenna don't work. I can't even get into the radio face because it is one of those CD players that the face flips out when the car is turned on. (Of course the troubleshooting section in the stereo manual has everything but how to open the face flaps when they aren't working, arghhhhh!!) The car is firing up fine now but the radio & antenna aren't working, and it isn't the fuses.
Can anyone offer any suggestions? I am going to go pull the radio now.
