clean the system. Throttle body like Saana88 says, and the flow plate. However, if the car runs well when warm, the the idle is probably ok. Clean the AIC. Generally, when I have cold start or idle problems, that is where it is. I believe Townsend has a procedure on his site. If you have a Bentley, check the voltage on the 02 sensor, clean AIC, check for vacuum leaks, check the Lambda, and that should help. Also, if the car is slow to accelerate, check to make sure the vacuum advance still holds on the distributor... Good luck
