With regards to the Lambda pulse ratio setting you can also measure the O2 sensor voltage and tweak the screw so it hovers between 0.2 - 0.7V.
How's the ignition system, it often gets overlooked. Magnecore or OEM wires I'm hoping with a good set of NGKBP7ES plugs? I recently switched from NGK BP6ES to BP7ES and that solved a long standing studder issue. You might throw a fresh set of plugs to cover that base.
