Check with a parts store for the cost for a rebuilt pump. However, in many cases they can be rebuilt to fix the leaks with a seal and an O-ring. The parts cost about $10. You'll need to have a machine shop remove and reinstall the pulley.
The R&R can be a pain, but is much easier if the engine mount is removed to gain maneuvering room.
