Help! Idle still hunting after I've replaced.....

both the 02 sensor and the AIC valve. About a month ago, my 90 900 turbo's idle would speed up quickly from 1400 to 1800, make a correction and slowly drop back to 1400, them quickly go back to 1800rpms, just back and forth, back and forth. Replaced the above items, and it still does it.
It idles better when cold now, closer to 1000 rpms, but when I get to operating temp, there goes the idle. Any help would be great. TIA
