Coolant leaked while car has been in winter storage

My 94 convertible has been in the garage since Thanksgiving. Given that it was warm out today in southeast MA, I thought I'd start getting the car ready for spring. The battery was dead, so I jumped it and when I went back over to the passenger side to disconnect the jumpers, I noticed the garage floor was wet. A quick look underneath revealed dripping coolant. Some of the coolant appeared to have been there for awhile, but some was fresh and must have been pumped out when I started the engine. So I shut the engine right down and started investigating. The leak appears to be coming from the bottom right side of the radiator, just above the drain. Could this mean the radiator froze and is shot? I've read about freeze plugs on this board. Where do I find them and how do I check them? I don't see freeze plugs mentioned in Bentley. Could a hose or some other fitting have given out? If so, what parts commonly fail? I'd like to buy them now and have them ready for the next warm Saturday. I'm a fairly new DIYer, but with Saabnet and Bentley, I think I can tackle this one.
Thanks,
Van
