You could get a blow off valve that will do best venting to the atmosphere, but you will have that noise to deal with, which I think would be rather annoying after awhile. The BPV needs to be connected before the compressor intake and before the throttle plate. I'd think that the rubber elbow for the turbo entrance from a newer car would work fine. I'm not familier with an '85, but you could probably put a fitting for the valve in the intake tubing right before the throttle body. Or maybe you could find a hose with a side fitting for right before the TB.
