I have this problem from time to time. Check in the trunk in the lower storage compartment to make sure all the pipe clamps are tight on the right side fuel lines (but not too tight that they break).
My problem seems to originate from seals around the fuel pump. They leak when I hit big bumps after filling up or toping off the tank. I am going to have this examined the next time I am in the shop. (the job was never done right by the 'indy saab mechanic' who happend to be nearby when my pump died) Look under your car the next time this happens and see if the gas tank is wet just behind the left rear tire below the fuel pump. The fuel pump itself is under the wooden panel in the trunk on the left side in front of the lower storage compartment if you want to examine that too. You may see gas puddled on top or evidence that gas has been puddled on top. Buy a Bently manual before messing around with the pump though.
My interim solution works great - just don't top off the tank.
