You will end up using the standard drain plug with this repair. I just looked briefly but can't find the kit PN right now. I think Grainger used to stock HeliCoil but carry a different brand now that doesn't go that big. It's out there.
For the cob repair, you can tap it out to a pipe thread and thread in a plug. You still need to find a pretty big tap.
