The ECU tries to maintain a perfect A/F ratio of 14.7:1. Doing this, it looks at inputs from coolant temp, throttle position, AMM flow, and other various variables. It them selects the injector timing from a preset fuel map in the LH ECU. The ECU does not know what the system pressure is, it is just able to see the effects of what is going on and makes adjustments as needed.
I would reccomend the 2.8 FPR or a 2.5 RRFPR (the pressure in the rail will increase with the amount of boost either 1:1, 2:1, or even 3:1). This is with stock Turbo injectors. As I said, I am running turbo injectors with 2.5 RRFPR.
