I've moved the stereo in all my classic 900s to the EQ location and installed the Taurus Cupholder/Change Holder in the top slot. If you just want a blank that can be had at any car stereo shop. If you want a single DIN compartment I would still hit the Fords/Mercs in your local pull-it yard. The SHOs and budget model Tarus both came with a doored storage compartment specifically built to fill a single-DIN sleeve. There are several Asian makers that built similar fill console parts but I've never seen any that didn't need to be adapted at least a little bit.
