what are you grounding, as there are three pins on the connector. your idle is obviously to low...but is it also irratic? give us the model/year on your car and we can tell you what you should be checking...
there is a easy procesure for testing the AIC but my experience is faulty AMM or 02 with idle issues...or evena throttle position sensor too!
