I got that several years ago, it wasn't too pricey. I don't know if it's different for other years, but in '89 there's 2 parts. A fat rubber grommet & a nylon bushing.
Take the shift lever out & open the shifter box. The rubber grommet has to be stretched over the round-loop end of the shift rod. The nylon bushing is split & it can be put over the rod. (I was sure it would break, but it didn't.) Then you fit the grommet around the bushing & stuff 'em in the hole at the front of the shifter box.
