Bad AMM's typically still have a working hot wire burn-off.
The 380 ohm setting is incorrect in Bentley. It is only a base setting and usually the setting that gives the right mixture is 500-700 ohms. It is set by turning the adjusting screw while monitoring voltage at the O2 sensor.
If you have wide idle swings when cold that settle down when the car warms up a bit, suspect the AMM. if the idle swings continue, suspect a bad AIC valve.
First clean out the throttle body with carb spray and a tooth brush. Clean out the AIC with carb spray so that the vane flops freely.
Check for vacuum hose leaks as suggested by others.
