I installed a new PS rack with engine out and flushed out system. But the car has no power steering still. I was told it might have air in the sytstem and I did all the tricks and still no difference. One person said to turn it to lock to lock and wait for the foam to settle but there is no foam what so ever. The PS resivour is basically calm when the car is running. No moving around just sits very still. So I guess that might mean the pump is bad? The pump worked before the engine rebuild. All I did was safety clean it. Maybe dropped it? I dont know. I have another used pump to put in but what is this about removing motor mount? errr. Anybody know what might be wrong. I dont think I could have connected all the lines to the rack wrong, could I have?
