FWIW, I used slick 50 in a Dodge Van, I used Duralube in another Dodge van, and I used STP oil treatment in the 3rd Dodge van. the results were comparable for all 3. they all ran 375,000 miles before I sold them...360 motor, 727 trans...without a head ever taken off any of them. I used WIX filters or Fram, and changed the oil every 5000 miles. If you use any additive, make sure you drive the vehicle on the freeway for at least 20 miles to make sure the oil is completely mixed.. One of my competitors also ran Dodge vans and was able to get 800,000 miles out of them... I don't know about his other expenses or repairs. I personally don't care for Pennzoil, and always used Valvoline, on the fleet cars, and Castrol on my private cars.. My Father used Pennz when I was a kid, and in those days, if you added Pennz, the motor would eventually start needing an add, like the motor ate the oil...
I also had another Dodge van with the 318, that one only got marvel mystery oil, and it did just fine too.. I sold it after it had 180,000, cause an employee wanted to buy it.
Hope this helps.
Jim
