Hello SAAB experts,
i have a problem with heated seats in my 89 SPG.
First, the fuse (#12)gets blown every time i turn the rheostat on. What does that exactly mean and what should i do now? Should I disassemble the driver's seat and look for a loose wire in the heated pads (as it is as it is described in FAQ )? or the problem lies elsewhere? Please advise. I am sorry if my post seems stupid - I am very new to this sort of stuff.
Also, when I disconnect the wires under the drivers seat, the fuse stays intact, but passive seatbelt on drivers' side not operational. is this normal?
I appreciate any suggestion you can give, and thanks for your patience reading this.
Alex
