I used a pipe wrench on the outside of the bolt, due to rounding the nut. Maybe alittle heat on the bolt would help too. The classic case of two metals bonding together due to different heat exchanges. Be careful about hittng/impact gun on that, the case may be prone to cracking. The pic shows that the case is thin on the bottom where the plug is threaded.
