first, eliminate the simple things that could not cause this problem - oil change, coil, plugs, wires etc but make darn sure they are connected as they should be (ie are the injectors correctly seated and thus sealed?)
Do you think the car is still close to correct timing?
Since the car won't idle well, it could be that you have a bad vacuum leak related to one of the vacuum-activated items you have installed (Vacuum advance, FPR, bypass valve if its a turbo), etc. You will have to eliminate each one as a factor.
if you can test the vacuum advance by blowing or sucking on that, it should hold pressure both ways. that's an easy one. If it does hold pressure, try and get the car idling and suck on the line to see if the engine speed increases.
Try plugging the intake manifold port where the line goes back to the firewall and then the vacuum reservoir . Doing this will temporarily eliminate that circuit as a possible factor. See if the car will idle better.
Then you will have to decide to swap in old components one at a time until you notice an improvement in performance. Start with the easy ones; distributor, AMM, AIC, etc.
This is also a lesson to not make too many changes at one time if you can avoid it.
Good luck and post again with results,
