OK, Got my new rotors & pads for the rear. Pass side went in just like they're supposed to; back out the adjuster, replace everything, adjust it back. cool...
the drivers' side however: pulled it apart, tried to back out the adjuster but it didn't seem to pull the piston back. After I backed the 7mm screww out 'til it stopped, I used some big channel locks to comress the piston into the caliper body. it moved a substantial amount but not enough to allow the new pads to fit over the rotor. About .1 inch too short, and now the piston adj screw seems stuck.
anyone have any ideas (aside from a new caliper) to resolve the prob.?
I did crack the bleeder while using the pliers to see if there was a hydraulic issue: no difference.
