Part of the different transmission number is that the front mount is hydraulic in the turbos and the front mount is solid for the non-turbos. The "4" after GM means solid front mount and the "5" means it's hydraulic.
the 7 after that means they both have primary sprockets set up for an effective 0.78 final drive ratio.

In a nutshell, they're interchangable. If you want to keep the same front mount with an n/a to turbo (or vice versa) swap, you can swap primary case covers.
