As for the PCV hose. You can by a 1/2" bulk PCV hose from any auto store and route it in there. It is nothing strange about that hose on a non turbo car as it is on the turbo engines.
Both power steering hoses going to the reservoir are non pressure hoses.
The only high pressure hose you have in the system is the thick one going from pump to steering rack.
The skinny hose at reservoir is the fluid return line from rack and the thick one is the fluid feed hose to pump.
What I do when that thinner hose start to leak is to get in under the car with a high speed cutter wheel and carefully split the steel crimp sleeve over the hose and pipe and remove that one. After that I pull the hose off and install a new hose that is resistant to oil and heat and clamp it down with two hose clamp on the pipe that goes to the steering rack.
That way I don't need to loosen the pipe from steering rack.
